2019 Annual Meeting

July 11 – 12, 2019 in Waikoloa, Hawaii

Feel the spirit of Aloha at Hilton Waikoloa Village, a spectacular oceanfront playground, set on the sunny Kohala Coast of Hawaii, the Big Island. Join us at the annual meeting and fill each moment of your stay with amazing new experiences.

Situated on a rugged stretch of Big Island lava coastline, the hotel features a unique, ocean-fed lagoon with its own white sand beach. Rent hydro-bike, kayaks, paddleboats, and see colorful reef fish and green sea turtles. Explore an undercover world while snorkeling, or simply laze in a hammock and enjoy exotic cocktails and snacks.

Take a 20-minute coastal walk to Anaeho’omalu Bay, a popular salt and pepper sand beach with a coconut grove of swaying palms and shade from the Pacific sun. A resort hotel unlike anywhere else on earth-on an island that is unique with its own rich culture, an active volcano, rain forests, waterfalls, valleys, snow-capped peaks and warm beaches.
