AEIRS 2024 Annual Meeting

We are approaching the 2024 AEIRS Annual Meeting! This year’s meeting will take place from Wednesday, July 17 to Saturday, July 20, at the stunning Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in sunny Jacksonville, Florida. We have a great lineup of speakers and a variety of topics to help in your practice as an imaging and radiologic sciences educator!

Here are some key details to note:

1. Registration Open: Registration for the 2024 Annual Meeting is now open. Visit https://www.aeirs.org/2024-jacksonville-fl-annual-meeting to secure your spot and take advantage of the early bird pricing.
2. JRCERT Workshops: In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, the JRCERT is offering an Accreditation Seminar on Wednesday morning (8:00am - 12:00pm) and a Site Visitor Workshop on Wednesday afternoon (1:00pm - 5:00pm). Visit https://www.jrcert.org/events/month/2024-07/ for information on how to register for the JRCERT’s workshops.
3. First CE Session on Wednesday: Join us Wednesday evening for the first CE session, followed by the Welcome Reception and Poster Presentations. Earn 12 CEs by attending sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
4. Panel Discussion: Gain insights and ask questions during a panel discussion featuring representatives from the ARRT, ASRT, and JRCERT on Thursday afternoon.
5. Saturday Workshop: Don’t forget to register for the Saturday workshop to earn an additional 5 CEs. Learn about emerging technologies in the clinical environment and the application of generative AI tools in the higher education classroom.
